Error starting Attunity UI

Hi

It's my first post and my first experience with Attunity.

I'm running 2x Windows Server 2016 with SQL Server 2016 servers.

I've installed Attunity Express on the first server and trying to get it running. I hit issues around ports used (as this server already runs a web site) but have got past those issues with some tweaking the config and help from the other posts in the forum.

Now I'm facing an issue where I can't open the web console. I get prompted for my login details, enter them and it takes several minutes showing "Waiting" in the web browser and then gives an error

  • Make sure the web address https://127.0.0.1:446 is correct.
  • Look for the page with your search engine.
  • Refresh the page in a few minutes.

  • Check that all network cables are plugged in.
  • Verify that airplane mode is turned off.
  • Make sure your wireless switch is turned on.
  • See if you can connect to mobile broadband.
  • Restart your router.

Fix connection problems

The log files seem to show a problem when the service starts.

My user config is as below and the account I'm trying to login with is a machine admin.
The machine is not part of a domain.

<UserConfiguration>
<Role name="Admin" anonymous="false">
<UserRef name=".\processor" />
<UserRef name=".\andy" />
<GroupRef name=".\AttunityReplicateAdmins" useSamAccountName="false" />
</Role>
<Role name="Designer" anonymous="false">
<GroupRef name=".\AttunityReplicateDesigners" useSamAccountName="false" />
</Role>
<Role name="Operator" anonymous="false">
<GroupRef name=".\AttunityReplicateOperators" useSamAccountName="false" />
</Role>
<Role name="Viewer" anonymous="false">
<GroupRef name=".\AttunityReplicateViewers" useSamAccountName="false" />
</Role>
</UserConfiguration>

Has anyone got any ideas how I can get this resolved please?

Many thanks,

Andy
