If your organization has the need to copy data subsets related to Interaction Center communication, you may want to add this new data type to your Gold Client configuration. To do this, perform the steps outlined below.
1. In your source system - typically production - go to t-code ZGOLD and select the Data Framework function
2. Select the 'Create' button located on the toolbar and input the following values into the appropriate fields:
Data Type: CRM - INTERACTION CENTER COMM
Datatype Kind: Master Data
File ID: ICCOMM
Commit Intervals: 1000
3. Save your changes; then locate this new data type and select the maintenance view named 'Tables'

4. Insert the table relations from the screen capture below where CRMM_IC_CCSYS is the header table

5. Each table relation requires a common field relation; all five table relations use the same common field relation of Table Field: CCSYS_ID and Source Field: CCSYS_ID
6. Save your changes and exit the Data Framework
